Open to global candidates (U.S. business hours required)\nKey Responsibilities\nCold Email & Outbound Execution\nBuild and maintain outbound lists and enrichment workflows using Clay\n\nLaunch, manage, and optimize cold email campaigns in Instantly\n\nOwn inbox health, deliverability, warm-up, and reply categorization\n\nSync replies, outcomes, and lifecycle stages into HubSpot\n\nContinuously test messaging by segment, persona, and intent\n\nLifecycle & Marketing Email (B2B + B2C)\nBuild segmented audiences across lead, prospect, and customer stages\n\nExecute nurture, re-engagement, abandoned inquiry, and expansion campaigns\n\nManage compliance, suppression logic, and list hygiene\n\nUse HubSpot Marketing Hub and/or Mailchimp\n\nSMS Marketing (Nice to
