handoff (no ongoing admin required)\n\nScope of Work\nArchitect HubSpot across all Hubs (CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service, Ops)\n\nDesign data model, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and core objects\n\nConfigure workflows, automation, lead routing, and scoring\n\nImplement and validate integrations with the client’s existing stack\n\nSupport data migration, cleanup, and QA\n\nBuild dashboards and reporting for operational and executive visibility\n\nDocument system architecture and implementation decisions\n\nDeliver clean handoff of a production-ready HubSpot environment\n\nDeliverables\nFully configured HubSpot deployment\n\nDocumented CRM architecture (objects, pipelines, lifecycle stages)\n\nLive automations, workflows, and routing logic\n\nIntegrated external tools and validated data syncs\n\nExecutive and operator dashboards\n\nFinal QA, documentation, and handoff\n\nRequirements\nMust Have\nProven experience leading end-to-end HubSpot implementations\n\nStrong HubSpot architecture and data modeling expertise\n\nHands-on experience building workflows, automation, routing, and scoring\n\nExperience integrating HubSpot with external tools (native and/or middleware)\n\nAbility to manage data migration, cleanup, and QA\n\nStrong documentation and handoff discipline\n\nExcellent written and spoken English\n\nClient-facing delivery or consulting experience\n\nNice to Have\nHubSpot certifications\n\nRevOps or GTM operations background\n\nExperience with B2B, B2C, or hybrid sales motions\n\nFamiliarity with automation/integration
