This role partners with Infrastructure, Security, Cloud, and Engineering teams to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable connectivity while supporting network modernization, operational excellence, and business growth.\nJob location: Black Duck Software, Bangalore (Near Dairy Circle, Opp to Christ University)\nWork mode : Hybrid (Work from office 3 Days in a week )\nExperience: 6 - 8 Years\nEssential Functions/Responsibilities:\nDesign, implement, maintain, and support enterprise network services across data centers, cloud-connected environments, and corporate locations.\nAdminister and optimize routing, switching, firewall, wireless, VPN, and network connectivity technologies.\nImplement and support network infrastructure including Cisco, Palo Alto, SD-WAN, and cloud networking solutions.\nManage data center networking platforms including Cisco Nexus, network segmentation, high availability, resiliency, and connectivity services.\nSupport hybrid-cloud networking across AWS, Azure, and other cloud platforms utilizing technologies such as Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, VPN, and cloud exchange services.\nMonitor network performance, availability, capacity, and security while identifying opportunities for operational improvement.\nTroubleshoot complex network issues involving routing, switching, firewall, cloud connectivity, and application performance.\nDevelop and maintain network documentation including diagrams, standards, IP addressing, circuit inventories, and operational procedures.\nParticipate in infrastructure projects including network upgrades, migrations, cloud adoption initiatives, and modernization efforts.\nCollaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, Compliance, and Engineering teams while participating in on-call support and major incident response activities.\nParticipation in a rotating on-call schedule to support critical network operations outside of business hours.\nOther tasks and activities as assigned.\nRequired Education/Experience & Skills:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nMinimum 5+ years of enterprise network engineering experience within complex multi-site or hybrid-cloud environments.\nStrong hands-on experience with enterprise routing, switching, firewall administration, and network troubleshooting.\nExperience supporting dynamic routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, route redistribution, failover design, and network resiliency.\nExperience with enterprise firewall platforms such as Palo Alto or equivalent technologies.\nExperience with Cisco Nexus, Cisco Catalyst, Juniper, Arista, or equivalent network infrastructure platforms.\nExperience supporting cloud networking and hybrid-cloud connectivity solutions across AWS and Azure environments.\nExperience implementing and supporting VPN, segmentation, NAT, secure-access, and remote-connectivity technologies.\nExperience with network automation, scripting, or Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Ansible, Python, Terraform, or similar technologies.\nStrong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nBlack Duck is an equal opportunity employer.
