Your presence on-site is key to maintaining an outstanding workplace experience while you gain hands-on experience alongside your studies.\nYour Impact and Responsibilities\nAt Blacklane, we measure success by the meaningful change that each team member creates.\nIn this role, you’ll:\nSupport the smooth daily running of the Berlin office, assisting the team with facilities, vendors, and overall workplace experience, ensuring everything is in order and ready for use.\nHelp keep the office environment organized and presentable, making sure spaces reflect Blacklane’s high standards at all times.\nSupport supply and inventory management, from checking stock levels to preparing and placing orders, and helping with basic equipment logistics so the office stays fully functional and well-stocked.\nManage incoming and outgoing post and packages, including sorting office mail, preparing and sending shipments, and keeping the package ordering system up to date. You’ll also support the efficient handling of mail through our virtual office.\n Assist in the setup and smooth execution of internal events, meetings, and workshops (e.g. room preparation, materials, catering, welcoming participants) that connect and engage our teams.\nAct as an ambassador at the front desk, welcoming visitors, partners, and colleagues so they experience Blacklane’s core values from the moment they step into the office.\nAbout You\nYou’ll thrive in this role if you’re a hands-on, organized, and people-oriented student who takes pride in keeping spaces running smoothly and looking their best.\nYou are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g. Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Psychology, Human Resources, Communications or a related field) with at least a few semesters remaining.\nYou are available to work 20 hours per week on-site in our Berlin office.\nYou bring some initial experience in managing or supporting on-site or customer-facing environments (hospitality, events, retail, coworking, clinics, or other service roles where organization and attention to detail matter)\nYou communicate clearly and confidently in English and have at least a B1 level of German proficiency.\nYou care deeply about people and service, and you create a warm, professional atmosphere where everyone feels welcome.\nYou are detail oriented, ensuring the office always looks and operates at its best, even in small things.\nYou’re tech-savvy, comfortable with tools like Google Workspace\nYou naturally reflect Blacklane’s values (Care, Drive and Excellence) in how you work, support others, and represent the company.\nAbout Blacklane\nOur mission is simple but powerful: to become the world’s leading premium, global chauffeur service.
