This role is essential in supporting the day-to-day HR operations, being a primary contact point for HR queries, engaging in projects and supporting process improvements.\nResponsibilities\nFirst point of contact for HR related queries.\nManaging the HR Operations inbox/case management ensuring accuracy and SLAs.\nEnsure HR records, files and systems are maintained accurately and consistently.\nPrepare and administer documentation, ensure employee files are maintained.\nDeliver New Hire Orientation and\nManage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, change in employment and offboarding.\nManaging a variety of duties and employee transactions within employee lifecycle.\nPayroll and general HR support.\nPartner with other teams including Payroll, Benefits, Purchasing, Talent Acquisition, HRBP, etc.\nIdentify opportunities for continuous process improvement.\nMaintaining Standardised Operating procedures (SOPs).\nSupport the HR team with projects.\nQualifications\n3-5 Years' experience within HR Operations supporting Europe and APJ, as well as an understanding of employment laws and experience in employee data management.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.\nRequires analytical, critical thinking, and interpretive skills to apply various employment situations in line with policies and procedures.\nSelf-starter, ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\nFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities.\nAbility to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.\nProficient in Workday and/or SuccessFactors.\nFrench and Poland language and labor regulations knowledge\nPreferred Skills\nPrevious experience with Immigration processes.\nExperience working in other regions, including APJ, North America and India\nTotal Base Pay Range\n38 400,00 - 48 000,00 GBP Annual\nWhat You'll Bring:\nThrive at BlackLine Because You Are Joining:\nA technology-based company with a sense of adventure and a vision for the future.
