Using their extensive knowledge of the BlackLine application, they're able to advise customers on best practices and work through complex requirements to configure BlackLine to perform as needed. The role also provides subject matter leadership and expertise within the department.You'll Get To:\nDrives and manages all project phases and milestones to completion within budget, scope, schedule, and customer satisfaction.\nManages a diverse portfolio and delivers large-scale implementation projects of multiple, concurrent, complex or enterprise-level projects with little supervision.\nMentors and advises less experienced ICs/Senior ICs on BlackLine implementation processes and procedures\nProvides advisement on industry best practices for use in the configuration of the BlackLine suite of products\nPerforms additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.\nCreates and maintains documentation throughout the implementation to include “ management of project budget, data requirements, project timelines, issue trackers and risk mitigation plans, etc.\nUtilizes business acumen, Accounting/Finance Industry knowledge, and product knowledge to serve as a trusted advisor and become an application expert to address client use cases and business challenges.\nCollaborates with all key stakeholders regarding project progress and next steps in a real time manner.\nProvides training and guidance to customers throughout the project.\nAddresses complex client requirements in multiple modules, working with other teams at BlackLine to devise and implement related solutions.\nCollaborates and contributes to team goals and successes, including development of new processes, partnering cross-org to assist with product development, identifying implementation process improvements, and delivering training across the teams and subject matter expertise\nElicits, documents, interprets and translates client business requirements to be used for application configuration and project delivery.\nAssesses, troubleshoots, and tests BlackLine products during the implementation cycle.\nManages and sets expectations with stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle, as well as the pre-sales process\nWhat You'll Bring:\nAt least 8 years of experience in Consulting Services, Client Services and/or Professional Services environment\nBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience\nPrevious project management experience in a revenue driven environment (e.g. Time and materials billing)\nDemonstrated successful completion of multiple, complex enterprise-level client implementation projects\nProven experience to balance multiple projects at any given time and stay on top of all details\nDemonstrated experience communicating and presenting to a diverse set of people across groups and organizational levels\nExperience in SaaS industry and/or Software, as well as issues related to installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and support.\nExperience with large scale ERP systems including SAP and Oracle\nAdvanced Knowledge/experience in Accounting, Audits, Financial Services, Software Technology, SaaS industry and/or related experience\nExcellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail\nEffective negotiation/conflict resolution skills\nEffective problem-solving and critical thinking skills\nAbility to deliver world-class service and high-impact results while navigating challenging situations\nAbility to manage self and others under pressure and time-sensitive deadlines\nAbility to facilitate and harness cross-team collaboration working with teams in-person and virtually\nWe’re Even More Excited If You Have:\nFour plus years of experience in the audit/accounting industry\nFour years of experience with BlackLine Products preferred\nPMP certification\nAccounting degree and/or experience preferred\n4 years of experience with BlackLine Products preferred\nThrive at BlackLine Because You Are Joining:\nA technology-based company with a sense of adventure and a vision for the future.
