Performs database load testing forperformance, reliability, and scalability using varying user load and able to identify opportunities to improve the databaseperformance\nIntegrates theperformancetests with the deployment pipeline to continuously evaluate the systemperformance(Continuous Integration)\nCommunicates theperformancetrends to the senior management at a regular interval and/or a need basis through dashboards\nLeads the analysis of the current technology environment and production defects to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions forperformanceimprovements\nSharesperformanceperspectives particularly for new or shared infrastructure and architecture solutions. Be a consulting point for application or infrastructure development projects onperformanceand non-functional requirements\nUnderstands technology trends and the practical application of existing, new, and emerging technologies to enable improvements and innovations on the company's technology platform overall's technicalperformance.\nWorks in an onsite/offshore environment and may lead people\nWhat You'll Bring:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or another related field.\n7 + years of demonstrable relevant IT work experience including application development / engineering, technicalperformancetesting and engineering\nExperience designing and executingperformancetesting for B2B Payments processing platform (Web, APIs, Microservices & Database) is required\nHands-on experience with tools like AppDynamics, Data Dog, New Relic, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Solarwinds DPA for real time database monitoring.\nStrong experience inperformancetesting the MS SQL and PostgreSQL databases, with an ability to go deep into Database internals.\nProven background inperformanceand non-functional requirements testing from strategy to execution\nExperience of deliveringperformancetests for Monolith applications Microservices. Experience working in cloud environments is highly valued.\nHands-on experience working under agile methodologies and DevOps environments.
