This role focuses on the hands-on execution of complex system integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between BlackLine and customer environments, and troubleshooting sophisticated technical challenges to guarantee project success.You'll Get To:\nExecute the end-to-end technical configuration of BlackLine Connectors, APIs, and custom Web Services to meet project requirements. \nManage the integration of BlackLine products with customer ERP systems, and other third-party applications ensuring data integrity and process automation. \nAct as technical escalation to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to APIs, data feeds, and system connectivity. \nProvide expert guidance and support to customers on technical aspects of BlackLine solutions. \nReview and provide feedback to technical documentation, including integration guides, API specifications, data mapping documents and configuration details. \nContribute to the enhancement of integration methodologies and provide feedback to the Product team on API and Connector functionality. \nFacilitate implementation meetings and presentations with internal and external stakeholders. \nDocument customer interactions and implementation-related information. \nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team. \nStay updated with the latest BlackLine products and industry trends. \nEnsure adherence to BlackLine implementation and documentation methodologies and standards. \nWhat You'll Bring:\n4-6 years of experience in a hands-on technical implementation or integration role \nStrong understanding of system integration with major ERPs (eg SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) \nAdvanced understanding of technical implementation principles. \nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. \nProven ability to lead and manage complex technical implementation projects. \nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills. \nAbility to work independently and as part of a team. \nDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). \nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
