Operating across 11 markets throughout Asia-Pacific and Greater China, we develop high-quality, evidence-based health solutions that help people live healthier lives.\nThe Opportunity\nThe purpose of the Education Coordinator role is to support the successful planning, coordination and delivery of pharmacy education programs that help build trust, recommendation and advocacy for the BioCeuticals brand.\nWorking closely with our Pharmacy Education team, internal stakeholders and external partners, you will coordinate educational events, webinars, communications, reporting and operational activities that enable the delivery of high-quality educational experiences to healthcare professionals.\nThis role plays a critical part in ensuring our educational initiatives are executed seamlessly, while supporting engagement, participation and continuous improvement across our learning programs.\nThis role is based in Warriewood and is a part-time 0.8 FTE position (4 days per week), working 3 days in the office and 1 day from home, reporting to the Pharmacy Education Manager ANZ.\nWhat You'll Be Doing?\nCoordinating logistics for pharmacy education events, local group trainings and workshops, including venues, registrations, catering and event operations.\n\nManaging attendee communications, registrations and RSVPs for both face-to-face and virtual education programs.\n\nSupporting the delivery of webinars, including scheduling, reminders, participant communications and technical coordination.\n\nCreating, administering and analysing surveys to measure attendee engagement, feedback and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).\n\nAdministering educational program incentives, prize draws and participant rewards.\n\nPreparing and distributing education-related communications and resources to support program participation.\n\nCompiling education reporting and insights to help measure program effectiveness and stakeholder engagement.\n\nSupporting the collection and analysis of education and category performance data to inform future planning and prioritisation.\n\nCoordinating the preparation, packing and distribution of educational materials, promotional items and event resources.\n\nManaging stakeholder relationships with internal teams, suppliers, educators and external partners.\n\nProviding administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the Pharmacy Education team.\n\nSupporting continuous improvement initiatives across education processes, systems and ways of working.\n\nWhat You'll Bring?\nA qualification in Business, Marketing, Administration, Education, Health Sciences, Nutrition, Naturopathy or a related field.\n\nPrevious experience in a coordinator, administrator, education support or event coordination role.\n\nStrong proficiency across Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, SharePoint and Forms.\n\nExcellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\n\nStrong communication skills and confidence engaging with a range of stakeholders.\n\nHigh attention to detail and a commitment to quality execution.\n\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong administrative skills and comfort working with data, reporting and process coordination.\n\nExperience using digital platforms such as SurveyMonkey, webinar platforms and marketing automation tools will be highly regarded.\n\nExperience using Canva or similar design platforms will be advantageous.\n\nA qualification in Naturopathy or Nutrition will be viewed favourably.\n\nWhy Blackmores?\nOpportunity to contribute to industry-leading pharmacy education programs that support healthcare professionals and strengthen the BioCeuticals brand.\n\nCollaborate with passionate experts dedicated to improving health outcomes through education.\n\nFlexible working arrangements in line with Blackmores FlexFit.\n\nA purpose-led and socially responsible organisation committed to becoming carbon neutral by 2030.\n\nGreat benefits to support your health and wellbeing, including access to discounted Blackmores products.\n\nMental health and wellbeing support through our Sonder Employee Assistance Program.\n\nCareer development opportunities within one of Australia's most trusted natural health companies.\n\nAgencies Please Note: This recruitment assignment is being managed directly by the Blackmores Talent Acquisition team.
