He/she is in charge of the completeness of KYC information on third-party holders from the start of activities and for the entire duration of the business relationship.\nAs part of the KYC process, and in order to guarantee the quality of files, they may also be involved in a 4-eye check before final validation.\nFinally, the KYC Analyst contributes to the deployment of the control plan.\nMain Activities:\nManagement of KYC data\nAnalyse and verify the KYC elements received in light of regulatory requirements\nCreate and update entries in the repository for third-party holders subject to KYC (corporate officers, beneficial owners)\nBe responsible over time for the reliability of data added to the repositories\nSearch for and gather KYC elements on different sites to improve completeness rates\nMake corrections sent by the checkpoints defined within the unit\nArchive documentation in accordance with procedures\nParticipate in meetings to monitor the business\nGuarantee the confidentiality of data handled and sent in accordance with regulations\nQuality control of third-party data\nAnalyse anomaly files on third-party risk carriers and, if necessary, intervene in the workflow set up between the Group’s entities\nCarry out screening using the tools provided, then alert if necessary by following escalation procedures\nKYC file due diligence\nValidate KYC analyses and check the overall completeness of the KYC file, including the consistency of KYC data in accordance with the Group’s compliance rules\nCorrect any inconsistencies identified or refer them to the analyst in charge of the file\nKYC control\nContribute to the control plan\nHelp to ensure compliance with key indicators relating to the KYC process\nAnalyse problems and propose appropriate solutions\nProcedures & support\nParticipate in the drafting and updating of procedures and operating methods formalising KYC processes\nInform and support newcomers to the KYC team and act as point of contact for questions within your area of responsibility\nClient relationship & reporting\nRespond proactively to internal and external contacts within the times allotted\nServe as the main point of contact for the clients/investors you are responsible for\nProduce properly formatted reports\nNotices to Third-Party Holders and garnishments\nManage the monitoring of Notices to Third-Party Holders with tax administrations, in consultation with the sales teams\nManage the monitoring of garnishments in consultation with the sales teams and the legal section\nKey Interactions:\nInternal: Data Management, Compliance, Commercial, Legal, Information Systems, Taxation, Local General Management, operational teams\nExternal: Clients, Investors, Auditors, IT service providers\nRequired Knowledge:\nKYC standards (regulatory and prudential standards)\nClient data repositories and KYC reference websites\nCorporate law (basic knowledge)\nReporting/dashboard techniques\nGood command of standard office software\nAbility to participate in and monitor project stages (statement of requirements, functional acceptances, etc.)\nSoft Skills:\nProactive, rigorous and reliable, with strong analytical skills\nOrganised, methodical and responsive, able to manage priorities\nAutonomous, with a good ability to summarise\nClient focus, good interpersonal skills, open-minded and adaptable\nLanguages: English is required (written and spoken, in an international environment)\nSend your application including a cover letter and a detailed CV to  or contact us directly at +352 20 61 04 for more information.
