Complex Deal & Ownership Analysis\nInterpret: \nM&A transactions \nInvestment rounds \nOwnership changes \nCorporate restructuring \nApply judgement under ambiguity, including: \nConflicting information across sources \nPartial or incomplete disclosures \n3. Companies Expansion\nIdentify and onboard new private market companies \nEstablish: \nInvestor relationships \nFund linkages \nOwnership networks \nEnsure relevance within the broader private markets ecosystem \n4. AI-Enabled Research & Productivity\nUse: \nCopilot and research agents \nAI-assisted discovery tools \nInternal knowledge platforms \nDrive: \nFaster research cycles \nBetter source comparison \nImproved productivity \n5.
