Working alongside trusted advisors to BlackRock's most senior leaders, you will help identify, assess, and engage exceptional talent while supporting strategic decisions that shape the firm's future leadership pipeline.\nYou will contribute to all aspects of the executive search and talent advisory process, including talent mapping, market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, candidate engagement, and search execution. The role offers unique exposure to members of the Global Executive Committee, business unit leaders, and regional and divisional Heads of HR.\nThis is a unique opportunity to learn from and work alongside some of the most accomplished executive recruiters in financial services.
