You will bridge business and technology priorities by designing modern platform solutions, advancing automation opportunities, and driving innovation across core Finance processes. The scope of this role also includes the following responsibilities:\nLead initiatives across financial close, consolidation, and treasury operations while contributing to the Finance platform strategy and roadmap.\nDesign scalable solutions that integrate enterprise resource planning (ERP), enterprise performance management (EPM), and Treasury platforms while strengthening data integration, controls, and process efficiency.\nIdentify and implement opportunities for AI-enabled, agentic, and intelligent automation across Finance processes.\nPartner with Finance stakeholders and engineering teams to translate business needs into digital solutions and embed AI-enabled capabilities into Finance platforms.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and promote thoughtful experimentation, continuous learning, and innovation across the team.\nSupport change management, training, and adoption activities that help stakeholders realize the value of new Finance capabilities.\nYour experience\nExperience in financial consolidation or Treasury, including relevant consolidation platforms or Treasury capabilities such as cash management, liquidity, or payments.\nStrong understanding of financial data models, integrations, controls, application programming interfaces (APIs), and data pipelines.\nExperience working with enterprise resource planning (ERP), enterprise performance management (EPM), or Treasury platforms.\nDemonstrated ability to translate Finance processes and business requirements into practical technology solutions.\nExperience applying artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), automation, or analytics capabilities to business processes.\nStrong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work independently in evolving or ambiguous environments.\nStructured problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and their business applications.\n\nFor Atlanta, GA Only the salary range for this position is USD$112,000.00 - USD$140,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
