Within T&O, Outsourced Platform Services (OPS) designs and deploys investment operations processes that support BlackRock’s outsourced service model on Aladdin. The team works across investment operations and accounting to build scalable, resilient workflows that support complex investment strategies and deliver consistent service for clients.\nYour role and impact\nAs a Middle Office Implementation Associate, you will lead the implementation of middle office services for clients in line with BlackRock Operations standards. You will translate business requirements into effective operational solutions, guide key implementation decisions, and collaborate across client, production, technology, and operational teams. You will also serve as a senior regional escalation point, strengthen implementation controls, and develop the team’s ability to execute implementations independently and at scale.\nYour responsibilities\nIn every role at BlackRock, you'll be expected to apply sound judgement and critical thinking to solve complex problems, adapt as the business evolves, and combine the curiosity to explore new approaches and technologies with the rigor to challenge the results.
