Working with global business stakeholders, Enterprise Architects and technology teams, you will help evolve the platform, strengthen delivery practices and support digital transformation.\nRole Summary\nWe are looking for a collaborative Senior ServiceNow Solutions Engineer to design and deliver secure, scalable and maintainable enterprise solutions. You will translate business needs into technical approaches, guide delivery teams and ensure the platform evolves in line with architecture, governance and ServiceNow best practices. The role suits an experienced engineer seeking to deepen solution-design expertise and progress towards Solution Architect responsibilities.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end solution design across workflow, security, data, integrations, user experience, automation and AI-enabled capabilities.\nPartner with business stakeholders and Enterprise Architects to shape requirements, evaluate options and align solutions with platform strategy, standards and roadmaps.\nProduce clear solution designs, technical specifications, integration designs, data models and architecture documentation.\nProvide technical assurance through architecture reviews, governance forums and design authorities, assessing impacts across ServiceNow and dependent systems.\nConfigure, develop, test and implement ServiceNow solutions and enhancements, including workflows, Flow Designer, business rules, UI policies, access controls, catalogues and integrations.\nGuide developers, administrators and delivery partners; promote reusable patterns, development standards and ServiceNow best practices.\nSupport upgrades, incident and defect resolution, root-cause analysis, performance optimisation and continuous improvement.\nEvaluate and implement emerging capabilities, including UI Builder, Now Assist and AI-powered workflows.\nSkills and Experience\n 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, delivering enterprise-scale solutions across design, development and implementation.\nStrong ServiceNow architecture and development knowledge, including JavaScript, APIs, integration frameworks, security, governance, scalability and maintainability.\nExperience translating business requirements into solution designs and technical architectures, and participating in architecture review and design assurance.\nWorking knowledge of ITSM and relevant ServiceNow products such as ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CMDB and CSM.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, mentoring and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business value, technical constraints and risk.\nRequired Qualifications\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).\nServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification(s).\nPlatform strategy, modernisation or digital transformation initiatives delivered alongside Enterprise Architecture teams.\nDesirable Experience\nService Operations Workspace implementations.\nNow Assist, AI Agents, AI Specialists, or other generative AI and intelligent automation capabilities.\nWhy Join Us\nYou will join a high-impact, supportive and inclusive team delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow capabilities at the intersection of technology, people and process.
