The scope of this role also includes the following responsibilities:\nDevelop and deliver product roadmaps, business content, and supporting materials, prioritizing features based on client needs and supporting timely execution.\nPartner with engineering and data specialists to embed artificial intelligence (AI)-first principles throughout product planning and delivery.\nContribute to AI-powered solutions, including enterprise chatbots and automation capabilities, while identifying opportunities to reduce manual operational effort at scale.\nConduct user discovery and stakeholder interviews, translating insights into product priorities, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that support leadership decision-making.\nDesign scalable processes and operating models, including Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed (RACI) frameworks, to improve engineering productivity and capacity allocation.\nPromote quality, reliability, and compliance throughout the product delivery lifecycle.\nYour Experience:\n0-3 years of experience in product management.\nProven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.\nStrong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning (AI/ML) applications in enterprise platforms.\nAbility to translate technical concepts into clear business-impact narratives.\nExperience collaborating with distributed engineering teams and stakeholder groups.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nOur Benefits:\nBlackRock offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes competitive compensation, a strong retirement plan, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive healthcare, support for working parents, and Flexible Time Off (FTO).\n\nFor NY7 - 50 Hudson Yards, New York Only the salary range for this position is USD$111,625.00 - USD$132,500.00 .
