You know where the best people hang out (and it’s not always on LinkedIn).\n\nHigh-Touch Experience: Ensure every candidate, whether they get the job or not, has a seamless, respectful, and \"Blacksmith-standard\" experience.\n\nCultural Vetting: Evaluate candidates for more than just skills. You’ll be the first line of defense in ensuring every hire is a cultural and performance fit.\n\nPipeline Building: Maintain a \"warm bench\" of freelancers and full-time talent so we can move fast when a new project kicks off.\n\nKeep us Organised: Maintain a clean, data-driven pipeline in our ATS (Ashby/Lever) and keep hiring managers in the loop.\n\nWho You Are\n2+ years of experience: You’ve run full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a tech, digital, or creative agency environment.\n\nA High-Accountability Mindset: You don't need to be micromanaged.
