Our GTM is led by Jon Boyer, formerly Head of Sales at Zapier.\n\nWe're now extending the same CI infrastructure into a broader platform: running agent sandboxes at scale and building our own background coding agent on top of it.\n\nAs the Recruiting Coordinator you’ll ensure that everyone interviewing at Blacksmith has the best possible interview experience.\nYou’ll own the logistics of the interview experience. Coordinating interview schedules, managing onsites and supporting executive interviews across all functions within the business.\nWhat you’ll do\nCoordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to schedule interview loops, feedback and next steps for each candidate interviewing.\n\nEnsure the highest quality of candidate experience.\n\nManage the onsite interview logistics; the schedule for the day, who they’ll meet and when, lunches with the team, demos/presentations. You’ll ensure everything is running smoothly.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve the process. How can we be better?\n\nCommunicate effectively with all of the stakeholders involved and make sure we maintain momentum and speed in each process.\n\nYou’re a good fit if you have\n2+ year of recruiting or administrative/support experience, with a heavy emphasis on coordinating scheduling and managing logistics.\n\nThe ability to manage multiple simultaneous interview processes with overlapping schedules and shifting priorities, whilst always maintaining the best candidate experience.\n\nClear and professional communication skills\n\nAble to work with urgency.
