success criteria, and implementation roadmaps.\nIndependently develop proof of concepts (POCs), prototypes, AI agents, Power BI dashboards, automation workflows, and MVPs.\nDesign and develop data models and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.\nPlan and manage pilot delivery, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, testing, feedback, and progress reporting.\nCollaborate with IT, Data, Digital, Cybersecurity, Procurement, and business teams to ensure solutions are feasible, secure, cost-effective, and scalable.\nPrepare presentations, dashboards, executive updates, and recommendations for business stakeholders and leadership.\nSupport solution adoption through user guides, training materials, feedback sessions, and handover documentation.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems, Digital Transformation, or a related field.\nMinimum 4 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, innovation, business analysis, AI adoption, data analytics, automation, product development, or related technology-enabled roles.\nHands-on experience developing practical technology solutions, prototypes, POCs, MVPs, AI agents, dashboards, or automation workflows.\nStrong business analysis skills, including process mapping, requirements gathering, use-case development, and business-case preparation.\nPractical knowledge of AI solutions, data analytics, Power BI, automation, and low-code/no-code platforms.\nUnderstanding of emerging technologies, cloud platforms, integration concepts, cybersecurity, and enterprise technology architecture.\nExperience managing projects or pilots, including timelines, risks, dependencies, testing, and stakeholder communication.\nStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, documentation, presentation, and communication skills.\nAbility to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCertifications in AI, data analytics, Power BI, automation, project management, product management, design thinking, or business analysis.\nA master's degree in a relevant
