BlackStone eIT is looking for an experienced and motivated Technical .NET Team Lead to join our dynamic team. In this leadership role, you will guide a team of developers in creating high-quality software applications with a focus on .NET technologies. You will be responsible for ensuring best practices in development and architecture while also fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. If you're passionate about technology and enjoy mentoring others, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on software development experience with a strong focus on .NET technologies.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, and Angular frameworks.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and experience with cloud development practices.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing scalable web applications, APIs, and microservices.
  • Experience with SQL Server and other database technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Strong knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and its practical application in software architecture and development.
