The role focuses on identity and access management, secure authentication, cloud security configuration, environment and release management, and compliance with government security standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and manage Oracle Fusion role-based access controls, data security policies, and segregation-of-duties (SoD) controls.\nConfigure Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) integrations with enterprise identity providers using SAML and OIDC protocols.\nConfigure and manage OCI identity and security services, including OCI IAM, Vault, Web Application Firewall (WAF), Cloud Guard, and private networking.\nManage Oracle Cloud environment refreshes, environment maintenance, and release management activities.\nMap Oracle Cloud security controls to applicable security standards, including ISO 27001, UAE Information Assurance (UAE IA), and DESC Information Security Regulation (ISR).\nIdentify security gaps, coordinate remediation activities, and ensure findings from security assessments and testing are addressed.\nSupport the implementation and maintenance of security governance, compliance, and access management procedures.\nRequirements\nCandidates must meet all the following requirements to be considered:\nExperience: 10+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 5 years in Oracle Cloud security.\nOracle Fusion Security: Hands-on experience designing and implementing Fusion role-based access controls and data security.\nIdentity and Access Management: Proven experience configuring SSO and MFA integrations with enterprise identity providers using SAML and/or OIDC.\nOCI Security: Practical experience with OCI IAM, Vault, WAF, and Cloud Guard.\nEnvironment and Release Management: Experience managing Oracle Cloud environment refreshes and release management.\nSecurity Compliance: Experience mapping security controls to recognized security standards, such as ISO 27001, UAE IA, or DESC ISR.\nTravel Flexibility: Ability and willingness to travel to Dubai regularly, with a valid passport and flexibility to work on-site during designated periods.\nCommunication: Excellent written and spoken English.\nPreferred Qualifications\nThe following qualifications will be considered an advantage when evaluating shortlisted candidates:\nHands-on experience with DESC ISR requirements and compliance.\nExperience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud, particularly Advanced Access Controls.\nExperience with Oracle Data Safe.\nExperience integrating Oracle Cloud security solutions with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms.\nRelevant professional certifications, such as CISSP, CCSP, or OCI Security Professional.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nA
