The role acts as the central point of control for planning, risk management, governance and stakeholder communication.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlanning & Delivery\nManage day-to-day project delivery across all workstreams (Finance, HCM, SCM, Integrations, Data Migration, Reporting, Testing, Change).\nBuild and maintain the integrated project plan, milestones, critical path and delivery tracking.\nTrack progress against agreed milestones and take corrective action on slippage.\nManage resource plans, capacity and dependencies between internal teams, the SI partner and third-party vendors.\nManage scope and change control, including impact assessment on time, cost and quality.\nRAID & Governance\nOwn the RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies): identify, assess, assign owners, mitigate and close.\nManage actions and decisions, and escalate blockers to the Steering Committee promptly.\nRun governance cadence: weekly status meetings, workstream leads meetings, SteerCo and PMO reporting.\nCoordinate cross-workstream activities (e.g. data migration ↔ testing ↔ cutover, integrations ↔ security ↔ reporting).\nFusion-Specific Delivery\nOversee project phases: requirements/fit-gap, configuration, build, SIT, UAT, training, cutover and hypercare.\nManage delivery of data migration, integrations, security roles and reporting deliverables.\nPlan and control cutover, go-live readiness and go/no-go decisions.\nManage quarterly Oracle release impact and regression testing during the project.\nStakeholders, Vendors & Finance\nAct as the main point of contact for business stakeholders, executives and the SI partner.\nMonitor SI/vendor performance against contract, SOW and deliverable acceptance.\nTrack budget, forecasts and burn rate;
