12+ years of experience in Oracle enterprise solutions. \n 6+ years architecting Oracle Fusion Cloud and OCI. \n Architect/solution architect experience on at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations covering multiple pillars. \n Hands-on experience designing Oracle integrations with banks, payment gateways and government systems. \n Experience running a Design Authority and approving architecture decisions/designs. \n Experience delivering OCI landing zones, environment strategies and DR designs. \n Working knowledge of Oracle Unified Method (OUM). \n Excellent English communication and presentation skills. \n Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field. \nPreferred:\n UAE/GCC public-sector or regulated-industry experience. \n TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification. \n OCI Architect certification. \n Oracle Integration Cloud / Oracle APEX
