Deliver workflows and integrations connecting CRM, Finance & Operations, HR and the Chamber’s digital services.\nKey Responsibilities\nCRM Development: Configure and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM entities, forms, views, business rules, security roles and service processes.\nPower Platform: Develop and maintain Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages and Power Automate workflows.\nERP and HR Integration: Implement and support data flows connecting Dynamics 365 F&O and HR with CRM, portals and internal applications.\nDataverse: Design tables, relationships, validation rules and access controls; maintain data quality and resolve application data issues.\nCustom Development: Develop CRM plugins, custom APIs and extensions where standard configuration is insufficient.\nPlatform Administration: Manage Power Platform environments, solutions, connections, permissions, deployment processes and governance controls.\nBusiness Support: Translate departmental requirements into application changes and troubleshoot workflow and integration failures.\nDelivery and Documentation: Coordinate testing and releases, maintain solution documentation and manage specialist vendor dependencies for complex ERP/HR changes\nRequirements\nRequirements\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field; Master’s preferred.\nExperience: Minimum 5 years in enterprise application delivery, including at least 3 years with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE and Power Platform.\nPower Platform: Minimum 3 years of hands-on development with Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.\nERP Integration: Minimum 2 years integrating Dynamics 365 F&O with enterprise applications or digital portals.\nDynamics 365 HR: Working knowledge of HR processes, integration requirements and coordination with functional specialists.\nCustomization: Practical experience with C#/.NET plugins, JavaScript, Dynamics Web API and custom connectors.\nPower Pages: Experience configuring portals, authentication, table permissions and bilingual user experiences.\nDatabase: Strong Dataverse modelling and query skills;
