coordinate specialist security testing.\nDefect Management: Record reproducible defects, support triage, verify fixes and track recurring quality issues.\nUAT and Release Assurance: Coordinate business UAT, report unresolved risks and provide release-readiness recommendations to the accountable owner.\nCI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into delivery pipelines and maintain reliable test data and test evidence.\nRequirements\nRequirements\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.\nExperience: Minimum 5 years in software QA, including at least 3 years developing automated tests for enterprise or government applications.\nWeb Automation: Strong hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.\nMobile Automation: Experience with Appium or an equivalent framework for Android/iOS testing.\nAPI Testing: Strong experience with Postman/Newman or equivalent tools, including REST APIs and authentication flows.\nProgramming: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or Java for test automation.\nPerformance: Practical experience with k6 or JMeter, workload modelling and performance-result analysis.\nData Validation: Ability to query SQL Server and validate Dataverse records and cross-system transactions.\nEnterprise Platforms: Experience testing Dynamics 365 or Power Platform applications preferred.\nDelivery Tools: Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, Git and structured defect/test management.\nSecurity and Accessibility: Understanding of OWASP application risks and accessibility testing principles.\nCertification: ISTQB certification preferred.\nCommunication: Ability to produce clear test reports and coordinate technical teams and business users;
