Come be part of our BBQ!\nRole Overview\nHow will you impact the team-\nAs an Inventory Associate you will review and investigate discrepancies found in locations daily, as well as perform cycle counts. Yourcommunication skills will assist with speaking to all levels of team members from Managers to Plant Directors. You will communicateall findings and/or results of investigations to department manager and or supervisor, and department managers.\nWhat will you do-\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies\nProblem solving skills to identify and resolve inventory problems for the area responsible for in a timely manner\nGathers and analyzes information\nStrong communication skills to report all findings of investigations to department manager and or Supervisor\nComplete daily cycle counts in a timely manner. Strives to increase productivity\nDemonstrates accuracy and thoroughness. Looks for ways to improve inventory accuracy. Verbalized feedback to improveproduction performance\nCommunicate findings and recommendations to department managers and or supervisors in a timely manner\nInvestigate and report findings department managers\nReports, why the negative inventory occurred\nIdentifies what department will fix the negative inventory\nWorks with departments in determining inventory\nReviews and works with the inventory coordinator on the safety stock levels in areas\nReviews how well the safety stock levels are working for production and purchasing; makes changes where necessary\nReviews, maintain and orders Kanban parts from several sources daily which the department manager and or supervisor haveestablished\nOrder Kanban items in a timely manner according to procedure\nReport all discrepancies when material has been received\nResponsible for the non-inventory items such as office supplies that are needed\nTools needed to thr ive-\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nTwo or more years related experience\nProficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Microsoft Excel\nAbility to read and interpret documentation numbers\nSpeak effectively with department Managers, Supervisors and/or Weber Employees of the organization\nMust have 2 -3 years’ experience with a forklift (sit down, stand up and high lift)\nPreferred: English and Spanish bilingual\nBasic Mathematics\nProblem Solving\nWeber employee purchase program\nMuch more\nPhysical Demands -\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the\nessential functions of this job.
