Come be part of our BBQ!\nRole Overview\nReplenishment Planner\nPosition Overview:\nThe Replenishment Planner is responsible for developing a material delivery plan that ensures uninterrupted supply to support operations and/or customer demand. The material delivery plan optimizes our inventory investment, and execution of the material delivery plan is closely monitored and managed to proactively address outliers. The Senior Replenishment Planner reports directly to the Supply Planning Manager.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned:\nDevelop and optimize a material delivery plan that balances operations and inventory turns while maximizing customer order fill rate.\nManage supplier delivery performance to minimize variability between expected and actual delivery.\nEnsure raw material delivery and inventory plans support production needs with no interruption.\nEstablish and implement analysis of sales forecast against actual sales to identify and address variability that will influence future inventory and fill rate performance.\nMonitor customer order fill rate performance and mitigate key drivers impacting performance.\nManage supplier performance to deliver industry leading product lead times and inventory turns.\nEnhance supplier development by communicating performance standards, developing improvement initiatives and actively soliciting and providing formal feedback.\nCollaborate with supporting functions to ensure plans are realized: Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, Inventory Control, Engineering, and Finance.\nSupport new product planning process to ensure material planning needs are incorporated and executed.\nTranslate future production and purchasing plans into inventory investment projections that meet our inventory turns goals and ensure plans are executed.\nIdentify and implement efficiency improvements within our supply chain, both physical and transactional.\nAssume team leadership role on one or more of the team’s key performance indicators, coordinating review, assessment, feedback and action plans.\nCompetencies:\nTo perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:\nDrive for Results - Initiates necessary action to meet or exceed expected business outcomes; focuses on key metric performance and trending; adjusts plans and efforts accordingly; rallies efforts of extended team to be stronger than contributions of individuals.\nAdaptability - Adapts to changes in the work environment; Manages competing demands; Changes approach or method to best fit the situation; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.\nChange Management - Develops workable implementation plans; Communicates changes effectively; Builds commitment and overcomes resistance; Prepares and supports those affected by change; Monitors transition and evaluates results.\nEthics - Treats people with respect; Keeps commitments; inspires the trust of others; Works with integrity and ethically; Upholds organizational values.\nInitiative - Volunteers readily; Undertakes self-development activities; Seeks increased responsibilities; Takes independent actions and calculated risks; Looks for and takes advantage of opportunities; Asks for and offers help when needed.\nCommunication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; Responds well to questions; Excellent group presentation skills.\nProfessionalism - Approaches others in a tactful manner; Reacts well under pressure; Treats others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position; Accepts responsibility for own actions; Follows through on commitments.\nTeamwork & Collaboration - Balances team and individual responsibilities; Exhibits objectivity and openness to others' views; Gives and welcomes feedback; Builds a positive team spirit; Puts success of team above own interests; Able to build morale and group commitments to goals and objectives; Supports everyone's efforts to succeed.\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nThere are no direct supervisory responsibilities for this role.\nQualifications:\nTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nEducation and/or Experience:\n· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management or Business required\n· 5 years of supply chain experience preferred\n· Demonstrated success at problem solving within a business environment\n· Excellent written and oral communication skills\n· Planning and organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask required\n· Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
