Come be part of our BBQ!\nRole Overview\nSales Representative - UK\nWe are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our UKteam. Reporting directly to the regional Sales Manager, the role will focus on delivering regional sales performance, implementing national sales and marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with retailers and distribution partners. You will play a key role in expanding the brand’s visibility, driving sell-in/sell-out, and representing Weber in the field.\nResponsibilities:\nManage and grow sales within an assigned region through strong customer relationships and sales service.\nImplement national sales and marketing strategies at a regional level.\nDevelop new retail partners and grow sales with existing customers.\nDeliver product and brand training to customers and retail staff.\nMonitor regional market trends and suggest improvement measures.\nDrive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.\nAchieve revenue and margin targets for the territory.\nRepresent Weber at trade shows, retail events, and marketing activations.\nSupport shop-in-shop installations and maintain visual merchandising standards.\nReport any violations or issues related to shop-in-shop agreements.\nStay up to date with Weber product offerings, features, and in-store campaigns.\nPrepare and deliver sales reports and market feedback to management.\nParticipate in internal sales meetings, planning sessions, and workshops.\nExperience:\n2 years’ experience in sales of branded consumer goods to chains, wholesale or specialist retailers.\nProven success in achieving sales targets and managing accounts.\nAbility to work independently and manage a field-based schedule effectively.\nStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.\nSelf-motivated with excellent planning, prioritization, and execution skills.\nCommercially minded with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.\nComfortable with regular travel (up to 80% of the time).\nConfident in presenting and training customers or retail staff.\nTech-savvy with proficiency in basic digital tools (e.g., laptop, CRM, mobile).\nValid driver’s
