Come be part of our BBQ!\nRole Overview\nSummary:\nReporting to the Senior Manager, Treasury & Cash Operations, the selected candidate will be part of the Corporate Treasury team and will work closely with Senior Management and Global Treasury. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex financial modeling and financial statements and will be confident and motivated to effect positive change in the organization.\nKey responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to, support and analysis of ongoing cash management and cash operations, short term and long-term cash flow forecasting and modeling, and preparation of regular metrics and analyses to support communications to management, owners and investors.\nThis is a hybrid role requiring in office days at our Palatine, IL campus.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nSupport management of banking infrastructure by overseeing account openings, closures, maintenance and administration of online banking systems.\nSupport payment execution, receivables, inter-company loans, subsidiary funding and cross-border settlements.\nOwn the tracking, reporting and filing of FBAR.\nManage the corporate credit card and travel & entertainment programs.\nSupport risk management analyses to support review and renewal of insurance policies.\nSupport working capital modeling and analysis on a global basis.\nSupport short-term and long-term cash flow forecasting for the US entity.\nSupport multi-year cash flow modeling for the global organization.\nProvide ad hoc analysis to the Treasury Team (including CFO) and participate in special cross-functional projects as needed.\nInvolvement in other Treasury tasks as needed, including tracking of interest rate swaps, currency swaps and assigned transactional needs.\nQualifications:\n\nBS/BA in Finance, Accounting or Economics.\n1-3 years of work experience in an Accounting or Finance role, Treasury experience preferred.\nProficient in business analytics and financial modeling.\nMust have advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.\nExperience in SAP preferred.\nCritical thinking skills and the ability to challenge the status quo for the good of the organization are required.\nStrong communication skills, both orally and written.\nAbility to cultivate and maintain positive relationships with all levels of management and across a global organization.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently.\nHighly self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and manage changing priorities. \nBenefits: \nMedical, dental, and vision coverage \nLife and disability insurance \nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP) \n401(k) with company match \nEligible for paid time off (vacation, sick, personal, holiday) \nSalary Range: $75,000 -
