Every issue is an opportunity to improve.\nYOUR PROFILE\nMust-Haves\nDegree in Engineering, Quality Management, Production Technology, or a comparable technical qualification.\nExperience in quality planning, quality assurance, and risk management, ideally within a manufacturing environment.\nStrong analytical thinking and experience with structured root cause analysis methods such as 8D, Ishikawa, or 5-Why.\nGood understanding of manufacturing processes, process risks, and implementation of quality controls.\nHigh attention to detail, structured documentation practices, and the ability to derive improvements from quality data.\nFluent English and willingness to work predominantly on-site;
