This role exists to ensure that product development projects stay on track, technical risks are addressed early, and critical decisions are made before they become costly problems.\nYOUR IMPACT\n\nYou don't just track projects. You drive technical decisions and turn development plans into delivered products.\n\nYou ensure:\n\ndevelopment projects are delivered on time, on scope, and within budget\ntechnical decisions are made quickly and based on sound engineering reasoning\nrisks, issues, and dependencies are identified before they become roadblocks\nengineering, manufacturing, quality, and materials teams remain aligned throughout execution\nproject documentation and traceability remain complete and audit-ready\nYour tasks in detail and by priority:\nManage the full lifecycle of new COPV development projects from concept and design through prototype manufacturing and serial production.\n→ Accountability: Own the project. Own the outcome.\n\nDevelop sufficient technical depth to challenge assumptions, facilitate decisions, and guide teams toward practical and robust engineering solutions.\n→ High Performance: Good decisions early prevent problems later.\n\nManage project activities, resources, schedules, and priorities while ensuring all stakeholders remain aligned on goals and timelines.\n→ Togetherness: Complex products are built by aligned teams.\n\nAct as the central point of contact for development projects and ensure stakeholders have a clear understanding of project status, risks, and required decisions.\n→ Candor: No surprises.
