You make sure product verification happens reliably every day.\n\nYou ensure:\n\ntesting areas are ready whenever the team needs them\ntests are executed reliably and documented completely\nabnormalities are identified and reported early\nthe testing team can operate efficiently\nnew skills and testing capabilities are continuously developed\nYour tasks in detail and by priority:\nYou set up test benches and specimens, tear down after tests, and keep testing areas ready for operation at all times.\n→ High Performance: The test bench is ready when the team needs it.\n\nYou support destructive testing, acceptance testing, and NDT activities while ensuring complete and accurate documentation of every test.\n→ Accountability: What was tested is documented.
