This role will partner closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to map processes, document requirements, and support the successful delivery of complex technology programs.\nThis is a hybrid role in downtown Toronto, with 2-3 days a week in the office.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nPartner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements\nLead and facilitate requirements workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder interviews\nAnalyze current-state business processes and system workflows to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement\nTranslate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams\nSupport data, integration, and enterprise application projects by clarifying requirements and validating solution design against business needs\nCollaborate with architects, developers, delivery leads, and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives\nMaintain clear requirements documentation, traceability, and change logs throughout the project lifecycle\nFacilitate stakeholder reviews, solution walkthroughs, and sign-off on requirements and designs\nSupport UAT planning, test case review, and defect triage to validate that delivered solutions meet business needs\nAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle\nWhat You'll Need to Be Successful:\n5+ years of experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements\nExperience with data, integration, and enterprise application projects\nStrong process mapping, requirements documentation, and stakeholder management skills\nProven ability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively across business and technical audiences\nExperience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills\nComfortable working directly with cross-functional teams including architecture, delivery, and engineering\nExposure to testing activities such as UAT, test case review, and defect validation is an asset\nBlanc Labs is enabling a digital future.
