This role will define cloud, integration, and data architecture for complex technology programs, ensuring solutions meet enterprise standards for security, governance, and scalability.\nThis is a hybrid role in downtown Toronto, with 2-3 days a week in the office.\nWhat You'll Be Doing:\nDesign enterprise solution and data architecture on the Azure/Microsoft stack to support complex technology programs\nArchitect scalable cloud, integration, and data solutions using APIs, Kafka/event-driven architecture, and modern data pipelines\nDesign and oversee data pipelines and ETL processes using tools such as Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric\nDefine integration patterns and API strategies across enterprise applications and services\nDesign SQL/NoSQL data models and storage solutions to support application and analytics needs\nEnsure architecture decisions align with enterprise security, governance, and architecture standards\nPartner with delivery leads, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical designs\nReview and guide technical implementation to ensure solutions are built according to architectural design\nIdentify architectural risks and trade-offs, and provide recommendations to stakeholders and leadership\nStay current on Azure platform capabilities and recommend improvements to architecture and tooling\nWhat You'll Need to Be Successful:\n10+ years of experience in enterprise solution/data architecture on Azure/Microsoft stack\nStrong experience designing scalable cloud, integration, and data solutions using APIs, Kafka/event-driven architecture, SQL/NoSQL, and data pipelines/ETL\nHands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and Microsoft Fabric\nWorking knowledge of security, governance, and enterprise architecture standards\nStrong understanding of modern data platform and integration patterns\nProven ability to communicate complex technical designs to both technical and business stakeholders\nExperience working within large, complex enterprise environments\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills\nBlanc Labs is enabling a digital future.
