Some of the benefits of joining our team are:\nCompetitive Pay.\nBenefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401K, profit sharing, generous PTO and paid holidays, uniforms, and much more.\nExposure to world-class CAT training and development.\nA friendly and supportive work environment.\nContinuous exposure to learning and new technologies\nOpportunities for advancement\nResponsibilities\nWhat You Will Do:\nContributes to a positive work environment and promotes the vision, mission and values of BMC.\n Completes all job responsibilities in a safe manner, promotes and champions a safe and healthy work environment. \n Requires basic working knowledge of equipment operation and associated operating systems. \n Manage work in process for timely and correct invoicing \n Provide accurate estimates on cost and completion times of repairs\n Manage department expenses and maintain acceptable profitability \n Communicate effectively with internal and external customers and technicians \n Committed to the development and training for employee for departmental growth\n Ensures total customer service. \n Must complete proper paperwork as assigned.\n Preparing parts requisitions, time cards, part returns, accurate and complete service reports and other necessary reports and forms.\n Other duties as assigned. \nQualifications\n High school diploma required. \n 3+ years-experience maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing diesel equipment\n Shift work, weekends and/or 24 hour call may be required. \n Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques and proper repair procedures is preferred.\n Organizational and time management skills required.
