Some of the benefits of joining our team are:\nCompetitive Pay.\nExposure to world-class CAT training and development.\nA friendly and supportive work environment.\nContinuous exposure to learning and new technologies.\nOpportunities for advancement.\nResponsibilities\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nContributes to a positive work environment and promotes the vision, mission, and values of BMC.\nCompletes all job responsibilities in a safe manner, promotes and champions a safe and healthy work environment.\nExecute standard procedures for all assigned duties.\nProperly read and execute parts tickets and packaging instructions and recognize the distinction between products.\nAbility to properly use scanner equipment to scan material into inventory and onto shipment.\nUnderstand inventory processes, warehouse locations and bin layouts.\nPull parts in a timely and efficient manner.\nAbility to work safely and follow all BMC safety policies when performing job tasks; recognize safety concerns in the shipping/receiving area.\nAs required, or directed, operate forklifts to transfer finished products and secure products for shipment.\nInspects forklift daily prior to operation and requests preventative maintenance as required.\nKeep the assigned area clean and organized.\nWork as a member of a team.\nother duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nQualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\n6 months to 1 year’s warehouse experience preferred. \nPrevious RF Scanners, WM’s, and VLM’s RF experience preferred. \nProficient in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, etc.). \nStrong organizational and time management skills. \nAbility to set priorities, professionally manage stress and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nTeam player, enthusiastic hard working with the ability to complete work with minimal supervision.\nExcellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills required.\nProfessional demeanor with the ability to represent Blanchard Machinery while interacting with customers.\nAbility to perform duties with a sense of urgency and exceed customer expectations. \nStrong problem-solving skills, detailed-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. \nFlexibility to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays.\nAbility to drive a company vehicle, and maintain a clean driving record.
