In this role, you'll support new team members from onboarding through accreditation, coaching them in-store and partnering closely with Operations to build confident, capable teams that deliver exceptional coffee, matcha, and hospitality.\nYou'll help drive training results by identifying opportunities for improvement, creating action plans with Operations, and sharing feedback from the field to strengthen our training programs, processes, and standards.\nYou'll also lead new hire orientations, seasonal drink trainings, new store opening trainings, coffee and matcha education, and team events like Latte Art Throw Downs in the Boston market.
