stores team based at our state-of-the-art, manufacturing facility in Basingstoke. \n\nThe Role\nAs Dispatch Coordinator, you will ensure customer and internal orders are accurately prepared, documented and dispatched on time. \nKey duties.\nCreating accurate pick lists from approved customer orders and Transfer Order requests.\nPicking, checking, packing and labelling goods accurately, ensuring product codes, batch or serial details, quantities and destinations match the relevant documentation.\nPreparing orders for dispatch in line with carrier, customer, export and site requirements.\nBooking collections and deliveries with approved freight carriers, selecting the correct service in accordance with delivery deadlines and agreed procedures.\nProducing and checking dispatch paperwork, including delivery notes, packing lists, carrier labels, consignment notes and other required shipping documents.\nTracking consignments, communicating delays or exceptions promptly and support proof-of-delivery requests.\nCarrying out final dispatch checks and escalate discrepancies before goods leave the site.\n\nWhat are we looking for?\n\nAs Dispatch Coordinator, you will have the following. \n\nEssential skills and experience: \nGCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) \nPrevious warehouse/dispatch experience\nPrevious logistics experience \nConfident in using warehouse ERP systems\nCompetent with MS packages\nStrong attention to detail \nGood communication skills, both verbal and written \nGood interpersonal skills \nPositive, proactive attitude\nCustomer
