You will actively contribute to the development and configuration of letter templates in Tungsten Communications Manager (CCM), while coordinating the day-to-day work of the Editorial Developers and aligning priorities, planning and dependencies with Product Owners for Back Office, Mid Office and Front Office.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate the daily work of the Editorial Development team in Porto, including planning, setting priorities and dividing work\n\nAct as a hands-on Editorial Developer by developing, configuring and maintaining letter templates, content components and document variants in Tungsten CCM\n\nTranslate business requirements into functional designs for letters, templates, business rules and document variants\n\nWork closely with Product Owners and other stakeholders to align priorities, planning and delivery\n\nHelp refine change requests by clarifying requirements, business rules and acceptance criteria\n\nReview template designs and configuration changes created by other Editorial Developers\n\nEnsure consistency across templates, business rules, document variants and documentation\n\nTrack progress, identify issues and help resolve blockers and dependencies\n\nEnsure template changes are tested, documented and ready for acceptance\n\nSupport onboarding, coaching and knowledge sharing within the team\n\nDrive continuous improvement by simplifying templates and improving maintainability\n\nExplore AI solutions to support translation, requirements clarification, knowledge management and template maintenance\n\nRequirements\nWhat do you need for this position?\nBachelor’s degree in IT, Business Informatics, Communication Technology, or a related field\n\n5+ years of experience in application configuration, low-code development, document/template management, or a similar role\n\nExperience using AI tools and identifying practical AI opportunities within business processes\n\nAbility to coordinate work, create structure and support day-to-day team delivery\n\nExperience with functional design, business rules and complex document logic\n\nAbility to translate business requirements into maintainable solutions and clear documentation\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills\n\nProactive, self-motivated and able to work effectively in an international team\n\nStrong attention to detail and quality, particularly for customer-facing communications\n\nExperience with testing, defect analysis and change management.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nStrong understanding of English, with a minimum B2 level\n\nNice to have\nExperience with Tungsten CCM, KCM, Communications Manager or similar CCM platforms\n\nExperience with customer communication management, document composition or template configuration\n\nExperience working with Agile, Scrum, Kanban and/or SAFe ways of working\n\nExperience with Jira or similar work management tools\n\nExperience working in an international environment\n\nDutch language skills are considered a very strong advantage\n\nWhat do we offer you?\nWorking at Quion means joining a young, ambitious, and dynamic organization with open communication and a strong team spirit.
