Assist to develop test plans to support systems disaster recovery.\nIntegrated banking solutions and peripherals\nFile Transmission\nSystem maintenance\nCore Financial Release Implementation\nSupport Hardware upgrades\nSupport job automation tools, job automation and scheduling\nDocumentation of system configuration\nProject Implementation\nProvide functional specifications for Core Financial System, identifies user needs, analyzes options and alternatives, and evaluates functionality.\nImplement projects ranging from small enhancements to those with multiple integrated systems.\nParticipation in all phases of the project life cycle with emphasis on design, development and testing.\nServes as an advisor to the IT Technology Specialists\nDemonstrates leadership/mentoring qualities to motivate, coach, and train others.\nDevelops and maintains a cooperative working relationship with credit union management\nOther Duties\nComply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control\nExhibit Blaze’s Core Value’s: Better Lives, Thoughtfully Compassionate, Minnesota’s Best, and Give Back\nRegular and predictable attendance\nPerform other duties as assigned to support effective department operation\nRequirements\nExperience/Education/Certifications/Licenses\nMinimum High School degree or equivalent\nExperience supporting end users in a financial environment, prior experience with Fiserv DNA is preferred\n4 to 5 years system analyst experience; server, application implementation, application development, system administration, business systems analysis and system training in a corporate environment; or equivalent combination of education experience.\nDemonstrated Knowledge\nAbility to use a wide variety of third-party technologies, applications and tools\nComfort with frequent and incremental system table configurations, testing, and deployment\nUnderstanding of automation and automation tools e.g. Go Anywhere or Opcon\nData management skills\nA focus on successful business outcomes\nProblem solving and creative thinking skills\nUnderstanding of Microsoft Products and Excel\nCommunication Skills\nAbility to develop and implement responses to members/staff to document and develop new and ongoing techniques to improve processes; written communications draw from expert information from the field whether as an individual contributor or manager\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to sit and stand; answer calls; operate computer; interact with internal staff and public on the phone; travel to designated offices; lift up to 20 lbs.\nDiversity creates a healthier atmosphere, and we encourage diverse applicant depth and breadth. Please note that the specific compensation for this role will be determined based on your experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity considerations. The salary range for this position is: $78,490.65-$98,113.31/annually. This range reflects the base salary for this position.
