It means knowing how to use AI tools effectively, being curious about new development approaches and understanding where AI can genuinely improve the way we build software.\nWe are looking for a Mid-level Full Stack Developer who enjoys modern web development, wants to work on international projects and is interested in developing their skills in an environment where AI is part of the everyday engineering workflow.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Mid Full Stack Developer, you will join our engineering team and work on projects for international clients.\nOur current project pipeline includes large scale migrations, migrations from Webflow to Next.js and Vercel, new digital products and long term maintenance of existing applications.\nDepending on the project, you may work on:\nMigration of existing websites and platforms to Next.js and modern cloud infrastructure.\n\nDevelopment of new digital products from scratch.\n\nBuilding and maintaining production web applications.\n\nFrontend development with React and Next.js.\n\nBackend development and API integrations.\n\nWorking with headless CMS platforms.\n\nImproving application performance and maintainability.\n\nSupporting long term projects and ongoing product development.\n\nYou will work closely with experienced developers, technical leads and clients, with opportunities to gradually take more ownership of your work and technical decisions.\nWhat You Will Do\nDevelop web applications using React, Next.js and TypeScript.\n\nBuild new features and improve existing applications.\n\nWork with APIs, integrations and backend services.\n\nWork with modern headless CMS platforms.\n\nParticipate in migrations from existing technologies to Next.js.\n\nWork with Vercel and cloud based solutions.\n\nUse AI tools as part of your everyday development workflow.\n\nWrite clean, maintainable and tested code.\n\nInvestigate and fix technical issues.\n\nParticipate in code reviews and technical discussions.\n\nCollaborate with other developers and project stakeholders.\n\nLearn and apply new technologies and development practices.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n2+ years of professional software development experience.\n\nGood experience with React.\n\nGood knowledge of Next.js.\n\nGood knowledge of TypeScript.\n\nExperience working with APIs and backend services.\n\nUnderstanding of modern web application architecture.\n\nExperience working with Git and modern development workflows.\n\nAbility to work independently on assigned tasks.\n\nWillingness to learn and take on new technical challenges.\n\nGood spoken and written English.\n\nAI Mindset\nYou don't need to be an AI engineer. We are looking for someone who is curious about how AI is changing software development and comfortable incorporating AI into their everyday work.\nExperience using tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot or similar.\n\nWillingness to experiment with AI assisted development.\n\nUnderstanding of where AI can improve development workflows.\n\nAbility to use AI tools while maintaining good engineering judgement.\n\nInterest in learning about new AI technologies and approaches.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with Node.js.\n\nExperience with AWS or other cloud platforms.\n\nExperience with Vercel.\n\nExperience with headless CMS platforms such as Sanity or Hygraph.\n\nExperience with Webflow or website migrations.\n\nExperience working on projects for international
