This position plays a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of inventory records, supporting efficient warehouse operations, and ensuring inventory transactions are accurately reflected within company systems.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nMaintain inventory accuracy by monitoring inventory transactions, quantities, and costs within inventory management systems.\nCompile and analyze inventory-related information from shipping and receiving documents, requisitions, contracts, accounting reports, and other operational records.\nPerform scheduled cycle counts and inventory audits, comparing physical inventory to system records to identify discrepancies.\nInvestigate and resolve inventory variances through physical verification, transaction research, and system analysis.\nProcess inventory adjustments and corrections as necessary to maintain accurate inventory records.\nCreate, assign, and maintain Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) numbers in accordance with established inventory classification standards.\nManage and update SKU master files, including item additions, modifications, and deletions.\nGenerate and review inventory reports to identify trends, discrepancies, negative inventory balances, and stock availability concerns.\nMonitor inventory performance metrics and communicate findings to management as appropriate.\nCollaborate with operational teams to improve inventory accuracy and support inventory control initiatives.\nAdhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations to promote a safe working environment.\nParticipate in required safety meetings and training programs and recommend improvements to safety practices when appropriate.\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nMinimum Qualifications\nEducation and Experience\nHigh School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) equivalent required.\nMinimum of one (1) year of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, or a related field;
