Ready to join us?\nKey tasks and responsibilities\nResponsible for the preparation of financial reporting, including monthly performance reports and KPI monitoring.\nCoordinate budgeting and forecasting processes by collecting, validating, and structuring financial data.\nPerform variance analyses on financial results, identify deviations, and contribute to clear explanations and insights.\nPrepare and analyse data for management reporting and financial performance evaluations.\nEnsure the accuracy and consistency of financial data within systems and reports.\nCollaborate with senior controllers and accounting teams on analysis and reporting activities.\nManage and maintain financial datasets and reporting tools, ensuring data reliability and quality.\nContribute to and initiate improvements in reporting processes and financial data quality.\nEssential Skills / Qualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.\nInitial experience in finance, controlling, or accounting is a plus; however, motivated graduates with a strong interest in financial analysis are also encouraged to apply.\nBasic knowledge of financial reporting and controlling principles.\nStrong analytical skills and affinity for financial data.\nAccurate, structured, and detail-oriented.\nAdvanced Excel skills;
