Ready to join us?\nThis is a permanent, full-time opportunity working Monday to Friday during daytime hours, with a competitive package based on your skills and experience.\nTasks and Responsibilities:\nResponsible for providing hands-on procurement support within a project environment, managing activities from project requirements through to successful delivery.\nManage end-to-end procurement activities for assigned projects\nTranslate project requirements into procurement plans and purchasing activities\nCoordinate purchasing and deliveries in line with project schedules and operational needs\nManage supplier relationships, including pricing, delivery schedules and commercial conditions\nWork closely with Category Managers to achieve strong commercial outcomes\nMonitor supplier performance across quality, cost and delivery, addressing risks and issues proactively\nCoordinate with project teams, site management and suppliers to ensure key milestones are achieved\nSupport installation, commissioning and project handover activities where required\nManage open orders, backorders and delayed deliveries\nProfile:\nProject Procurement:\nHands-on experience supporting procurement activities within a project environment, with the ability to manage procurement requirements from planning through to delivery.\nTechnical Procurement:\nA specific interest in and/or experience of technical, asset, building or facilities-related procurement.\nSupplier & Commercial Management\nStrong supplier coordination and commercial skills, with the ability to manage project-specific pricing, delivery schedules and commercial conditions.\nProject Delivery:\nAble to work closely with project teams, site management and suppliers to coordinate purchasing and deliveries, manage risks and support key project milestones.\nStakeholder Management:\nStrong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, Category Managers and external suppliers.\nProblem Solving:\nA proactive and hands-on approach to identifying and resolving supply, delivery and supplier performance issues.\nWhat do we offer?\nOur Backstage Crew is at the heart of everything we do, driving success for our clients, our brands and each other.
