Ready to join us?\nTaken en verantwoordelijkheden:\nAls Health & Safety (H&S) Advisor bij Bleckmann begeleid je meerdere sites in H&S projecten en werkt daarin samen met de Country H&S manager, Site managers en andere stakeholders. Je werkt samen met stakeholders op verschillende locaties om vereisten te plannen, projectplanningen te beheren, risico’s te identificeren en voortgang te coördineren.\nHet nationale H&S-programma bestaat uit verschillende projecten binnen de sites. Als hun H&S-adviseur help je site managers en proceseigenaren om hun H&S-prioriteiten te identificeren op basis van risico’s, wettelijke naleving, klantverwachtingen, incidenten en Bleckmann’s wereldwijde H&S-standaarden. Je werkt actief mee aan risicoanalyses, ongevallenanalyses en legal compliance. Je helpt ook leiderschapsteams op locatie om een cultuur te ontwikkelen die gezond en veilig gedrag ondersteunt door hen bewust te maken va n hun rol en de impact die zij kunnen hebben op de manier van werken binnen hun team.\nVerantwoordelijkheden:\nBeheer tot 3 H&S-programma’s op locatie, gaande van brandpreventie tot management of change.\nFaciliteer de implementatie van het Bleckmann’s H&S-managementsysteem op maximaal 3 locaties.\nIdentificeer proactief risico’s en adviseer het management over corrigerende en preventieve maatregelen.\nWerk actief mee aan welzijnsprojecten.\nHoud de wettelijke naleving per locatie bij en zorg mee dat hiaten worden gedicht\nOndersteun locaties bij de voorbereiding op interne en externe audits\nAnalyseer ongevallen en volg corrigerende acties tot afsluiting. Je voert systematische risicoanalyses uit van onze werkomgeving\nJe maakt indienststellingsverslagen en veiligheidsattesten op voor machines en installaties.
