Ready to join us?\nThis is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 08:00 - 16:00 and 16:00 - 00:00, rotating each 2 weeks, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary of up to £29,782.91,depending on skills and experience, plus an additional shift allowance.\nTasks and responsibilities:\nResponsible for maintaining accurate stock levels within the Distribution Centre, ensuring efficient stock flow and high inventory integrity in line with operational and Health & Safety standards.\nMaintain stock accuracy through cycle counting, stock checks, and discrepancy investigation\nInvestigate and resolve stock variances and process stock adjustments\nMaintain accurate inventory records within the WMS\nWork closely with operations to ensure the efficient movement and control of stock\nSupport continuous improvement in inventory processes\nEnsure all activities meet Health & Safety and hygiene standards\nProfile:\nExperience in warehouse inventory / stock control\nCompetent in picking and stock handling using MHE\nWMS experience essential; e-commerce / 3PL preferred\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills\nGood communicator and reliable team player\nHealth & Safety focused\nWhat do we offer ?\nOur people are at the heart of what we do.
