Ready to join us?\nTasks and responsibilities:\nAs a Supervisor you will manage the Team Leader(s) and Warehouse employees which you are responsible for.\nIt is your job to achieve all department objectives. You do this, among other things, by focusing on productivity, customer satisfaction, analyzing department results and making improvement proposals based on customer satisfaction research.\nAchieve departmental objectives;\nAnalyze departmental results;\nImprove productivity and efficiency;\nMake improvement proposals to improve services and increase customer satisfaction;\nMinimizing errors and shortening lead times;\nConducting consultations within and outside the department;\nPoint of contact for both the internal organization and suppliers related to the department;\nLeading, coaching, training and motivating the Teamleaders;\nCoach and motivate the team and train new employees;\nWorking in a continuous process improvement environment within our network organization;\nReports to the Warehouse Manager.\nProfile:\nMBO+/ HBO working and thinking level;\nDemonstrable experience in managing large groups;\nGood knowledge of logistics processes;\nGood knowledge of warehouse management system (preferably WMi);\nGood communication skills and positive attitude;\nStrong leadership skills and able to motivate a team;\nDecisive, problem solving skills;\nAnalytical skills;\nExcellent knowledge and command of the Dutch and English languages both verbally and in writing;\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office;\nKnowledge of 5S and Lean Six Sigma;\nFlexible and stress-resistant and able to work overtime in (and if necessary out of) season;\nWillingness to work in the evening shift (15:00 - 00:00).\nWhat do we offer ?\nWe offer a varied job with a high degree of independence and a pleasant working environment.\na varied job: no day is the same.
