Ready to join us?\nThis is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 16:00 - 00:00, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary between £28,000.00 - £33,00.00, depending on skills and experience, plus an additional shift allowance.\nTasks and responsibilities:\nResponsible for managing an assigned floor or area within the warehouse, including operational processes, people, and client relationships; proactively planning labour, equipment, and activities during the shift; and fostering a safe working culture that supports team and individual development.\nKey tasks:\nManage staff and workflow in a designated area\n\nEnsure safe working practices are followed\n\nSupport team development through coaching and feedback\n\nAssist with performance management, disciplinary procedures, and absence management in line with company policies\n\nDrive continuous improvement and support ad hoc projects\n\nBe accountable for team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, accuracy, and service levels\n\nProfile:\nLeadership experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or e-commerce\n\nExperienced in managing teams\n\nKnowledge of Warehouse Management Systems such as JDA\n\nDelivers accurate, high-quality work while seeking continuous improvement\n\nCommunicates respectfully and inspires team engagement\n\nAutomation experience highly desirable\n\nWhat do we offer ?\nOur Backstage Crew is at the heart of everything we do, driving success for our clients, our brands and each other.
