Ready to join us?\nJob Description\nThis is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 16:00 - 00:00, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary up to £33,000, depending on skills and experience, plus an additional shift allowance.\nTasks and responsibilities:\nResponsible for managing an assigned floor or area within the warehouse, including operational processes, people, and client relationships; proactively planning labour, equipment, and activities during the shift; and fostering a safe working culture that supports team and individual development.\nManage staff and workflow in a designated area\nEnsure safe working practices are followed\nSupport team development through coaching and feedback\nAssist with performance management, disciplinary procedures, and absence management in line with company policies\nProfile:\nLeadership experience, preferably in logistics, retail, or e-commerce\nExperienced in managing teams\nKnowledge of Warehouse Management Systems such as JDA\nDelivers accurate, high-quality work while seeking continuous improvement\nCommunicates respectfully and inspires team engagement\nAutomation experience highly desirable\nWhat do we offer?\nOur people are at the heart of what we do.
