Je zorgt voor een efficiënte organisatie van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en bewaakt de kwaliteit en productiviteit binnen jouw afdeling.\nJe komt terecht in onze site in Desteldonk, een dynamische e-commerce en retail omgeving waar snelheid, nauwkeurigheid en flexibiliteit centraal staan. Met jouw ervaring en leiderschap weet je je team te motiveren, processen te optimaliseren en continu verbeteringen door te voeren.\nJouw verantwoordelijkheden\nAansturen, coachen en motiveren van een team warehouse medewerkers\n\nOrganiseren en opvolgen van de dagelijkse planning\n\nZorgen voor een optimale werking en efficiëntie binnen de afdeling\n\nBegeleiden en opleiden van (nieuwe) medewerkers\n\nDetecteren en implementeren van verbeteringen in processen\n\nBewaken van kwaliteit, productiviteit en deadlines\n\nProactief oplossen van operationele problemen\n\nOndersteunen van het personeelsbeleid en HR-processen\n\nRapporteren aan de Supervisor\n\nOvernemen van taken bij afwezigheid van de Supervisor\n\nActief bijdragen aan continuous improvement initiatieven\n\nJouw profiel\nAantoonbare ervaring als Teamleader binnen logistiek (e-commerce/retail is een must)\n\nSterke kennis van warehouseprocessen en logistieke flows\n\nErvaring in het aansturen van teams in een operationele omgeving\n\nUitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk\n\nSterke communicatieve vaardigheden en people management skills\n\nAnalytisch, oplossingsgericht en hands-on ingesteld\n\nStressbestendig en flexibel in een snel veranderende omgeving\n\nBereid om te werken in een vast ploegensysteem (late ploeg)\n\nWat bieden wij aan!\nInterim contract met na een positieve evaluatie kans op vast contract\n\nLoonpakket: Aantrekkelijk salaris, inclusief maaltijdcheques van 9 euro per gewerkte dag en een hospitalisatieverzekering.\n\nMogelijkheid voor eenFietslease\n\nLeermogelijkheden: Ruime ontwikkelings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een internationale omgeving.\n\nAantrekkelijke werkweek: Bij ons werk je in een fulltime functie van 36,5 uur per week met een effectieve prestatie werkweek van 37,5u.. Dit betekent dat je niet alleen een volledig salaris ontvangt, maar ook geniet van extra verlofdagen.
